Each participant is required to complete the online registration and make the payment to the Secretariat. After Secretariat receives the registration information and payment, the participant will be officially registered and receive an invoice/ confirmation, which must be brought to the Congress registration desk at Congress venue on arrival.

l If you are author of an accepted paper, fill the title name in the online registration.
l Full registration is required before March 15th from at least one of the authors of each accepted paper, even if the presenting author is student.
l Students must provide Secretariat any certificate which can prove his/her identity.

Participants making payment by bank transfer are kindly requested to state clearly on the bank order your name and the items included in the payment: i.e., Accommodation Fee, Registration Fee, etc.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation notification must be made in writing to the Secretariat for Joint Urban Remote Sensing Event 2009. If the registration is cancelled before March.15th, an administrative fee of 40 € will be deducted and the rest refunded. For cancellations received after March.15t, no refund can be made. The date of postmark will be taken into consideration when making refunds. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
